At Replay, we strive to ensure every parent has a smooth and happy experience with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or rental, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for returns.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.

Rental Products

Rental items should be returned in clean and usable condition. Additional charges may apply for severe damage or missing accessories.
